Can filling production line is more and more widely used in rinsing, filling and capping of three-piece cans made from tinplate. It has stable equipment performance, advanced structure, stable work, safe operation, convenient maintenance, stepless speed regulation, high production efficiency, in line with food hygiene standards. Now let's understand the operation sequence of the can filling production line.

Operation sequence of can filling production line:

1. Put the filled liquid bottle upside down on the working blue, and check that the lower mouth of the liquid bottle should be aligned.

2. Put the working blue in the vacuum tank, cover it well, open the tank lid and lock it tightly.

3, close the vent valve, liquid inlet valve, open the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum valve to make the vacuum degree (depending on the amount of filling) to meet the requirements of the process, step down the step board so that the lower mouth of the liquid bottle is filled into the liquid.

4. Open the inlet valve slowly, then the liquid level in the tank rises, and open the vent valve at the same time to make the liquid level drop, and the liquid is pressed into the liquid bottle from the tank.Adjust the two valves reasonably to keep the liquid level between the level specified by the viewing mirror.

5. When the vacuum gauge pointer is in 0 state, it is proved that the filling liquid has been completed. Return to the pad and open the quick opening jar lid to take out the filled liquid bottle. The troubleshooting of vacuum pump is shown in the instructions of XD series single stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is not used for a long time (more than seven days). The used oil in the pump should be exhausted , washed and replaced with new oil to prevent water in the oil from corroding the pump body.
