Blow molding machine is a machine that makes plastic particles into hollow containers through a blow molding process. At present, the more common models include a one-time hollow extrusion blow molding machine using PP and PE, and two moldings using PET, PC or PP. The injection stretch blow molding machine, as well as the newly developed multi-layer hollow extrusion blow and stretch blow molding.
At present, most of the blow molding machines are still two-step blow molding machines, that is, plastic raw materials must be made into preforms before blowing. Nowadays, environmentally friendly plastic made of PET is generally used.
Blowing process
1. Warm up
Through infrared high temperature irradiation, the preform part of the preform is heated and softened. In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the preform mouth does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required to cool it.
2. Blow molding
In this stage, the preheated preform is placed in the blow mold, and the inside is inflated with high pressure to blow the preform into the required bottle.
Bottle blowing machines on the market are generally divided into automatic and semi-automatic.
The automatic bottle blowing machine combines the two operations of bottle blowing to complete the process of manually putting the preheated preform into the blowing mold. Greatly speed up the production rate, of course, the price is also higher than the semi-automatic.
