How to deal with these problems in the three-in-one filling machine?

1. Inaccurate filling amount of three-in-one filling machine: when the three-in-one filling machine fills large specifications, the filling tank is insufficient, resulting in unstable liquid level. The filling amount can be increased or the square ball valve on the filling head can be turned down again, and the filling time of the three-in-one filling machine can be reset (lengthen the filling time) and the filling speed of the three-in-one filling machine can be slowed down to solve the problem.

2. After adjusting the digital dialing code or unit, the time does not change. Then turn off the power supply and reconnect the power supply.

3. The liquid level is stable, and the filling volume of the three-in-one filling machine is not inaccurate: there is debris blocking the filling channel of the three-in-one filling machine, mainly in the inlet of the feed tank or in the filling mouth, and it can be checked and cleaned up.

4.It drips after it is closed：

(1) The filling nozzle orifice is damaged, and the filling nozzle can be removed to repair the orifice. The diameter of the orifice should not be greater than 7.5mm.After repairing the aperture, gently smooth the orifice plane on the water abrasive sand paper.

(2) The ball valve in the filling head of the three-in-one filling machine is damaged, so the ball valve needs to be replaced.

5. No filling after touching the feeding switch, and the digital indicator LED of the time relay does not flash: the feeding switch is damaged or the base of the time relay is loose, and the feeding switch of the same model should be replaced or the base of the time relay should be tightened.

6. After touching the feeding switch, the digital LED indicator light of the time relay flashes, but the feeding is not done:First check whether the presence of air pressure or too low, such as air pressure required, may be electromagnetic valve coil damage or pneumatic valve core was stolen card dead, can pull the power supply, open the plate, with a twisted or press the corresponding button beside a solenoid coil, such as valve can reverse action, it indicates that the damage of solenoid coil, if not the reversing, it is a stuck valve core die,Solenoid valve coil can be replaced or decomposed valve repair (need electrician or pneumatic knowledge can be decomposed or checked).
