The control system of the gaseous beverage filling machine adopts conventional relay and contactor control circuit, which can automatically coordinate the work of each part of the machine, such as water intake, syrup intake and mixing of carbonized direct gas, and indicates the liquid level in the pre-carbonating tank, syrup tank and storage tank with red and green indicator lights.The main circuit of the electrical system and the motor are sent to the relays by 36V direct current, which is much less calorie-producing than the relays with alternating current, prolonging the service life of the electrical appliances and thus improving the operation of the whole machine.

1. Loosen the nut of automatic filling machine first, and then adjust the screw to make the position of the lower fixing rod change accordingly.Thus, the length of the syringe can be changed to achieve the purpose of free adjustment of the filling volume.The screw is adjusted clockwise for increment, otherwise it is reduced, and the pointer is indicated.

2. Tighten the nut immediately after adjustment, so that the lower fixing rod and crank are tight and firm.

3. Loosen the nut, and determine the correct position of the upper fixing rod according to the pushing and pulling lengths of different syringes.After the lower fixing rod is adjusted, turn the crank to turn the syringe to the upper dead point, then lift the outer sleeve of the syringe up about 2mm to avoid breaking the syringe, and then tighten the nut before starting the syringe.

4. Turn on the switch after the assembly is correct. When the machine is working, the crank drives the syringe to pull the liquid up and down, adjust the speed knob, select the appropriate reloading speed, start working normally, adjust the governor knob.
